Spent my Christmas holiday at a hotel in the heart of Kulim. Loved the location, close to many food options and ample parking. The internet service was great. We enjoyed our stay thanks to the comfortable rooms and clean bedding, which always puts our mind at ease.

The rooms were not soundproofed; the noise from neighboring rooms was quite bothersome. I wished the room supplied all necessary amenities throughout our stay, we had to request for towels, coffee/tea sachets, and bath gel. Praying was difficult due to the limited space in the room. Lastly, the TV interrupted our movie watching frequently, which required constant phone calls to the front desk.

We recently stayed at a hotel located in the heart of this city. The best aspects of our stay included the convenient location, allowing us easy access to nearby attractions with ample parking space available. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home.

In terms of negatives, we did not experience any negative aspects during our stay. we had an enjoyable and comfortable stay at the hotel.

Christmas at this hotel was a great experience for me. the location was perfect for exploring the heart of the city, with lots of nearby food stalls and entertainment. I also enjoyed the convenience of having free internet service available throughout my stay. the best part, however, was the ample parking available , so I didn't have to worry about finding a place to park my car. On the downside, the rooms were not very soundproof and I could hear people talking and snoring in the neighboring rooms. the stairs were also quite uneven, which made it a bit difficult to navigate the hotel at times. there were some issues with the TV service and facilities such as towels and bath gel were only supplied on arrival.
